01 CHALLENGE

Conventional deodorant packs are discarded when empty. Even refillable alternatives can feel clinical or complicated. POPLOCK needed to communicate reuse instantly while feeling desirable enough to keep.

02 APPROACH

Built around “Pop it. Lock it. Roll it.”, the system pairs a durable reusable shell with paper-wrapped refills that lock securely into place. Bold colour, geometric forms and clear typography make the mechanism easy to understand and distinguish the Orbit, Peak and Block variants.

03 RESULT

POPLOCK turns refilling into the brand experience. Its reusable structure, lower-waste refill and modular visual system make sustainable behaviour intuitive, memorable and display-worthy.
